As a Client Service Representative, she acts as a liaison between our clients, our Attorneys, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office (U.S.P.T.O.) making sure that the lines of communication remain open. Cheryl brings over 20 years of customer service experience and she is eager to assist you with any patent related questions or issues. Cheryl’s overall goal is to build trust and long term relationships with all of our clients and “at the end of the day” strive to provide a positive customer service experience.

In her free time, Cheryl loves spending as much time as possible with her beautiful Grandchildren and taking long motorcycle trips anywhere the bike takes her and her husband, Greg. Her hobbies include reading, exercise and spending time outdoors on the Lakes of Minnesota with family and friends!
